Domestic Delivery - Switzerland
The following costs apply for postage and packaging within Switzerland:

Purchases up to 50CHF in value -3CHF

Purchases up to 100CHF in value - 7CHF

Purchases of more than 100CHF in value - 9CHF

All deliveries are sent using standard post and they are not trackable. If you need tracking or guaranteed fast delivery please contact me to get a quote.

International Delivery - Europe

Unfortunately due to recent changes regarding VAT for imports to EU countries, it is not currently possible to order products outside of Switzerland.
Returns Policy
I will gladly accept returns under the following policy and timelines:

Contact me by email within 14 days of delivery

Ship items back within 21 days of delivery

Items must be unused and in their original condition

Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs
Unless they arrive damaged, I can't accept returns for custom or personalized orders.
A full refund will be given once I have received the item. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
