As it's not present in Ireland, the green woodpecker was a beautiful discovery here in Switzerland. Another gorgeous, colourful bird to add to this collection. 
 
This piece was created using a mix of felt, embroidery and drawing. 
 
The green woodpecker can be displayed hanging or standing, and should be placed out of direct sunlight to prevent fading of colours.
 
The frame cover is polystyrene plastic so it is safe and will not break or shatter.
